Italina Kirknis is a social media presence expert, specifically in LinkedIN. Kirknis is also a speaker for a variety of Real Estate Topics and is also a proud contributor to Inman.com.
“People consistently ask me how I got into social media and increasing online presence in regards to real estate. The truth is, I hated my previous career! I began in the legal field. With my law degree in hand and internships successfully completed, I knew I couldn’t work in a law firm for the rest of my life. This is why I began networking heavily on LinkedIn,” Kirknis shared.
In fact, Kirknis’ new Motto is: Create Your Own Rich Life.
“While networking heavily on Linkedin, my number of connections grew from about 40 to over 500 within a week. Other LinkedIn users began reaching out to me saying, ‘Italina, I see you everywhere, it’s incredible. I want to do the same thing for my business.'”
With all of the attention Kirknis was receiving from her new connections, her wheels began to turn. “I realized LinkedIn is definitely a place where professionals and business owners should be promoting their business.”
For the first annual Momentum University Conference, Kirknis will discuss why most business owners are on LinkedIn, but do not take full advantage of it. She’ll educate the audience members on how to market themselves online via sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and more by sharing the curriculum she has developed.
Those who have heard Italina speak say, “She offers easy to understand tips and next steps in layman’s terms, rather than using technical jargon, that keeps everyone engaged and motivated.”
“It inspires me that audiences are walking away with easily implementable strategies that bring them more clients!” said Kirknis. When she isn’t helping people grow their connections online and in person, she spends her time playing tennis. She’s also an advocate for professional development, one of her 2018 goals is to create an online course.
When asked what she’s most excited about for Momentum University Conference 2019 in New Orleans, she says, “finding a location to grab amazing soft shell crab.” Italina is also excited to network with Momentum Founder, Jason Will. “Get ready to learn. Real estate is a relationship-centric business, and relationships are the most important and most profitable part of growth.”
